Codecademy Tutorial on HTML and CSS

This codecademy course taught me the basics of html and css to several intermediate skills such as tables and position properties.

The HTML segment of the course went over the fundamental "skeleton" of a HTML document, the types of text headings, lists, and HTML in-sheet styling.

During the course, the CSS portion engaged me in learning the parallels between HTML and CSS and how to connect the two sheets together. The course introduced numerous ways to style text, hyperlinks, images, and distinguishing each part of a website with the use of id and class tags in HTML and CSS.

It was a very good way to start learning HTML and CSS. Easy to understand instructions and the freedom to tinker around with the code to know what each individual part does to a website. At first, it was daunting to start off. Now I know how easy it is to start and would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn too.
